The humid Mumbai air clung to the mother’s skin as she hurried towards the beach. Slum life offered little, but the chaotic symphony of the waves was disrupted by a sight that made her heart skip a beat. Partially hidden between rocks lay a khatla (bed), its wooden frame broken, but still intact.
Over 3 studio sessions, a dancer overcomes his self-doubt and regains his self-confidence through this other character pushing him to get out of his comfort zone. His anxiety is represented through the delay of his reflection in the dance studio mirror.
