This episodic film is a close relative of Wolf Hartwig's schoolgirl report movies, made by the same people, in a similar style, around similar topics. However, this one specifically focuses on the coming-of-age aspects, to an extent that it also touches on delicate issues such as paedophilia.
Mr. Schmidinger, a Bavarian from Texas, inherits a hotel from his stepbrother in Heidelberg. He flies to Germany, where his luggage and savings are stolen, and finally ends up in his hotel after an adventurous hunt for the suitcase. He checks in incognito and soon realizes that he is in a brothel....
