Matthias heads off to the bakery for the holiday season, butting heads with the ever-comfortable Dutch over management. Thrown into the mix are the bakery's languorous staff, the eclectic clientele and a duo of opportunistic Zellquists of whom Dutch is unsure whether to welcome in or fend off.
A 41-year-old voice dubbing actress manages her boyfriend's bakery in a German spa town, which welcomes an eclectic patronage. The staff is soon ensnared in espionage when they must help smuggle a charming thief into a film premiere.
