Tony Martinez, a young man, returns to Costa Rica from a stint in a reformatory with the dream of break dancing and rejoining his working class community, while trying to avoid being drawn in by the local gangs.
An experienced vampire finds another of his kind in the middle of the street drinking blood. They start a conversation that ultimately leads them to do business together and become part of a great franchise.
