The Second World War is over. But after each war the human destinies are left. This film is about two of them. The former officer of the Wehrmacht. The former prisoner of the Nazi concentration camp.
An unknown person kidnaps Maxim and takes him away in an unknown direction. The motives of the abduction are unclear. The kidnapper turns out to be his double and asks to be called a ghost, claiming that now they are the same person.
