A businessman recruits some thieves to steal a valuable chemical formula kept in an well guarded industrial site. The raid is successful, but once he has the formula, the man tries to get rid of those who worked for him.
Carmelo and Maria have a baby girl. He wants a boy but another pregnancy would risk Maria's health. Eventually, Carmelo leaves Maria and she attempts to win him back.
