An elderly couple take a train. She is blind, he is deaf. Like an echo, the sights and sounds around them bring back the moment in their lives when they were physically and psychologically maimed.
"En terrain libre" (in english: « Play like a girl ») is a portrait of young sports women who tell their stories with all the rebellious freedom they have won. The film oscillates between interviews and staged bursts of song and fiction.
